The Albanian who was shot dead by his neighbor in Italy has been identified. He is Dritan Haka, 45 years old.
For the incident, the police have handcuffed a 78-year-old Italian pensioner, a resident of Garbagnate Milanese, who is charged with intentional homicide.
After a fierce argument with the Albanian, the elderly man took out his gun and shot 4 times at the 45-year-old.
The victim received a bullet in his chest, which left him dead on the spot.
The crime happened in the palace in Garbagnate, where the 78-year-old lived together with his wife, a 51-year-old Albanian, and her son.
The first investigations showed that the 45-year-old, a resident of Milan, had an extramarital affair with the wife of the Italian pensioner.
