The author of the murder of Vlater Fierza a year ago in Shkodër has surrendered to the police. The serious event happened in September 2023, where the victim, Valter Fierza, was found dead outside his car on the road near the Church of the village of Hot i Ri. It was the brother who found the victim and notified the police.
The whole conflict started between the brother of the victim Kolë Fierza and the suspected perpetrator of the murder, Klodian Mhilli. The debate started in a bar near the apartments regarding parking, claiming that the road is blocked. About an hour after this debate, the conflict continued between the victim Valter Fierza and the suspected perpetrator.
After the argument, the author, who is also a neighbor, took the gun with the 33-year-old and shot him, leaving him dead on the spot. Klodian Mhilli was declared wanted, but it seems that today he surrendered to the police.
Police notification:
Following the investigative work for the clarification and legal documentation of the authorship of the criminal events that occurred, as a result of the control of the territory for the capture of the citizens wanted as suspected perpetrators, as well as thanks to the continuous negotiations between the Local Police Directorate of Shkodër and to the family members of a 24-year-old wanted for murder, surrendered to the Shkodër Local Police Directorate, the citizen:
-KM, 24 years old, resident in the village of Hot i Ri.
This citizen was wanted as a suspected perpetrator of the murder with a firearm, of the VF citizen, committed on 21.09.2023, in the village of Hot i Ri.
The prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodra has sent the order for the execution of the decision of 2023 of the Court of Shkodra, which assigned the 24-year-old the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense of "Murder". with intent", "Possessing and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Manufacture and sale of narcotics", carried out in collaboration.
Procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
