The court of Durrës has imposed a "prison sentence" for Ilir Kociljan, who killed Halil Koka in Durrës. Ilir Kocilja declared before the serious crimes officer that the cause of the conflict was the scratching of the car.
He stated that he and Koka were neighbors and that they did not get along well for some time, since according to him, Koka used to leave the car at the entrance of the building.
The author admitted that he scratched his car with a knife several times and that when we argued, Koka threatened to kill him and put him in the trunk.
46-year-old Halil Koka was killed with a knife in the heart by his neighbor Ilir Koçilja at noon on Wednesday in district number 4 of the city of Durrës. The fight between them started in the courtyard of the palace and then moved a few meters away, on the main street, in front of the 9-year-old "Jusuf Puka" school.
After the physical confrontation between them, the 46-year-old tried to run away, but was followed by the aggressor who shot him twice with a knife. The ambulance arrived immediately at the scene, but Koka died during transport to the hospital. The 35-year-old, Kocilja, was able to escape for three hours, until the 'Shqiponja' forces handcuffed him in district number 11, as well as seized the knife he was carrying in his pocket.
