After reviewing the footage, the prosecution has issued an arrest warrant for the parent who beat the guard of the "Qamil Guranjaku" school in Elbasan.
40-year-old Durim Koçi, for weak motives, punched the 70-year-old school guard in the school yard, in the presence of children. The 40-year-old is accused of the criminal offense of "hitting due to duty".
" The Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance, on 16.02.2024, based on the investigative material received from the Elbasan Police Station, registered criminal proceedings no. 298, which refers to the criminal offense "Assaults due to duty ” carried out in the premises of the institution where the person performs the duty provided for by article 237/5 of the Penal Code with a person under investigation DK, born in 1984.
Following the in-depth investigative actions, in cooperation with the Elbasan Police Station, on 17.02.2024, the Prosecutor of the case issued the relevant order, which assigned the judicial police services of the Elbasan Police Station to execute the detention.
