This morning, the Fresco area in Tirana was shocked by a serious incident with two victims.
It is learned that Vehap Faik Cami, 63 years old, shot his brother, Lulëzim Faik Cami, 68 years old, and then himself.
Meanwhile, the owner of the house where the victim lived for rent, 68-year-old Lulëzim Cami, also spoke about the incident.
"I heard the women scream when they found them. They were for rent. I did not know the brother who came, he came here in the morning. The brother who lived here was regular with the rent", she declared.
