
The Greek court has left in prison the 39-year-old Albanian Gentian Mino who killed his Romanian girlfriend with a bullet in the head.
According to the Greek media, it is learned that he appeared remorseful. He stated that "Two lives were lost with one bullet, Nina's and mine".
Gentian Mino, the author of the murder, claimed that the gun was fired at his wife by mistake.
He said that it was a tragic accident and that he had no intention of killing his partner, as he loved her very much. During the apology, the 39-year-old cried all the time, he said that he loves his partner very much, while as he said, he wants to go back in time and none of this had happened.
He appeared devastated by the death of his partner, whom he claims he was going to marry, and expressed remorse for carrying a gun without a permit. He even stated that the woman did not like having a gun in the house, but he found it funny that she was afraid.
The Albanian said that on the day he committed the crime, they were both sitting on the carpet in the living room in front of the table, drinking and talking. After he killed his partner, he immediately notified the police and the ambulance. In the testimony given to the police, he showed that they were very much in love with Nina, unlike what the neighbors testified that he abused and raped her.
