Selling drugs in Milan, the 26-year-old wanted man is arrested in Tirana

A 26-year-old man was arrested after being wanted in Italy for criminal activity in the field of narcotics.

The citizen with the initials Xh. A., 26 years old, was arrested in Tirana, with the aim of extradition to Italy.

During the operation, the Police services caught the citizen on "Rexhep Pinari" street and arrested him with the intention of extradition.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Court of Preliminary Investigations, Milan, Italy, has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", provided by the Italian Criminal Code.

Interpol Tirana is following the procedures for the extradition of this citizen to Italy.

The codenamed "Milano" operation was finalized by the Special Forces Sector for Special Operations and Research.
