Details of the assassination attempt in Shkodër with 2 dead and 2 wounded are revealed. According to information, armed persons ambushed a "Mercedes" type vehicle with Croatian license plates, near the "5 Heroes of Vigu" roundabout.
There were two people in the vehicle, identified as Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati. Hamza Lici is the brother of Ibrahim Lici, who died on the spot. Meanwhile, Arlind Bushati is the son of Xhemal Bushati, candidate for mayor in the partial elections in Shkodër. He was seriously injured.
Meanwhile, a married couple who were driving on the road on a motorcycle when the shooting started, suffered from the shooting. One of them was injured, while the woman died.

Who is Hamza Lici?

The threat to Arlind Bushati
Arlind Bushati, the injured today, is the son of Xhemal Bushati, the former candidate of Lulzim Basha for the Shkodra Municipality in the partial elections of 2022. Arlind was threatened with a gun at the beginning of this month.
