Albania failed to qualify for the Eurovision 2024 final, but an Albanian touched it.
We are talking about Ardit Gjebrean, who was the producer of the representative of Georgia, Nutsa. Another Albanian composer, Ada Satka, who lives in the USA, and composer Darko Dimitrov were in this project.
They managed to send the song "Firefighter" and Georgia to the final after 7 years. In a status on Instagram, Arditi wrote:
"The evening that, through a phone call, Nutsa invited me as the artistic producer of the Eurovision 2024 project for Georgia, I was excited, but I also thought for a long time...
Georgia did not enter the Eurosong final for 7 years and for me it was a challenge, but Nutsa itself was my security.
There are a lot of details, even very beautiful ones, endless work, but the important thing was that this was an international project, where Albania was the heart of Georgia. And in fact, Natia Mshvenieradze - Head of the Georgian Delegation says to me: "Ardit, you are the heart of our team!"
In this project I discovered a super talented Albanian composer Ada Satka, who lives in the USA and now also in Albania, and together with the friend and collaborator of many Albanian artists Darko Dimitrov, the song "Firefighter" was created.
Miguel and Nick, the two Ballerinas who have been in the Magic Song 2019, together with Luigi, Andrea, Dlova and Dante, formed the choreographic team with which every detail was worked on. And the icing on the cake (credit to Nutsa) was the stage Creative Director, Sagiv Karpel - of American Idol 2023. And here we are tonight at the Finale night! Here we are! We made the right choices, because the song is a project, which is curated in every detail, without talking about the very professional PR work that Lasha Kapanadze does. We are a team with an extraordinary artist! And who doesn't want to win a Festival?! But what I said to Nutsa last night after the dress rehearsal of the Finale was: "The festival is over for you, you are what everyone loves for the artist and the person you are. I'm sure you'll be invited everywhere, especially at events after the Eurosong. The trail you are leaving is extraordinary, and from tomorrow, start thinking about new trails."
