For several days, local and civil defense structures have been on full alert, following the situation created by the rainfall that has continued across almost the entire territory of the country.
The Ministry of Defense reports on the situation in the most problematic regions of the country.

After the continuous intervention of the forces even during the night hours, the situation throughout the country appears to be improving, despite the fact that rainfall has continued in some areas.
Water levels in some areas have begun to decrease, a large part of the road axes where there were problems have returned to passability, while civil emergency teams, the Armed Forces, OSHEE and local structures are continuing their work to fully stabilize the situation and normalize the energy supply, clear landslides and guarantee the safety of residents.
Situation by region:
Vlora Region
The level of the Vjosa River in Novoselë continues to trend downward, currently the level is 7.65 m.
Work is continuing in the municipalities of Delvinë, Finiq and Konispol, where due to the rains yesterday there was the presence of mud on the roads connecting several villages.
Yesterday, work was carried out to rehabilitate the road axis connecting the villages of Kakodhiq and Lefterhor. 30 forces and 3 vehicles from the Armed Forces went to support the municipality.
In the village of Vrion, residents were evacuated to a house due to the presence of water.
The waterworks of the Vlora municipality are working at full capacity.
Fier District
There continues to be a decrease in the Vjosa and Seman rivers, the situation is as follows:
About 110 hectares of land are under water in the villages of Kashisht - Çerven and Ferras. There have been no evacuations of residents, but work has been done to remove water from the yards of apartments where this problem was identified yesterday.
Local authorities are monitoring the embankments near the rivers, which shows that up to now there has been no damage to critical infrastructure.
Local structures have gone into full readiness with all the technical and logistical capacity at their disposal. Near the Vjosa River, in the village of Ferras, the capacities of the Ministry of Defense have also been deployed for support, with high-traffic vehicles, rescue boats, troops and others.
Korca District
Field teams are continuously monitoring the flows in the Devoll and Dunavec rivers.
There is water on agricultural lands and in some homes in: Lumalas, Bulgarec, Shamoll, Çiflig, Turan, Vloçisht and Sovjan. In Sovjan, 15 families have been evacuated by emergency teams on the ground.
Pustec Municipality: The situation in the village of Shulin is being kept under control, where water occasionally penetrates the ground floors of homes.
Bashkia Pogradec: Prurje të larta nga lumenjtë e Vërdovës, Rëmenjit dhe qytetit.
Ndërkohë po punohet për pastrimin e dherave në Dardhas, Proptisht, Çërravë.
Tek hidrovori i Tushemishtit po punohet për stabilizimin e situatës, vijon me kapacitet të plotë, janë 4 pompa në punë.
Strukturat e bashkisë, UKT dhe zjarrfikësit vijojnë në terren.
Bashkia Kolonjë: Rezervuarët e Helmesit dhe Kabash-Leskovik, po punojnë me kapacitet maksimal.
Po punohet në infrastrukturë për riparimin e disa urave në: Qafzezë, Shtikë, Gostivisht, Psar.
Pas disa orëve kërkime, ekipet e kërkim-shpëtimit dhe të FA kanë bërë të mundur gjetjen e trupit të zonjës 76 vjeç, në Progër.
Qarku Lezhë
Në të gjithë qarkun ka patur ndërhyrje të përqendruar të forcave, për shkak edhe situatës më komplekse, të krijuar si pasojë e reshjeve të shumta.
Deri tani janë llogaritur rreth 220 ha sipërfaqe nën ujë; (90 ha në Zejmen,70 në Shënkollë dhe rreth 60 ha Barbulloje nga dëmtimi i argjinaturës në Tale).
Hidrovorët po punojnë me kapacitet të plotë, me përjashtim të atij të Tales.

Në bashkinë Lezhë
Të gjitha strukturat e MC janë në terren tek argjinatura në Lagunën Vain. Riparimi/mbyllja e argjinaturës së dëmtuar përfundoi si fazë e parë, por do të vazhdojë puna për ngritjen në lartësi të saj si dhe në ndarjen e ndihmave ushqimore për banorët, evakuim të personave të izoluar, etj.
Ekipet me varka kanë punuar për evakuimin e disa banorëve që kanë kërkuar ndihmë.
Në bashkinë Kurbin Prezencë uji, ka vetëm pjesërisht, në zonën e ulët të Gjormit.
Vijojnë punimet në shtratin e lumit Drojë, me eskavatorin e bashkisë.
Njëkohësisht, me mjetet e bashkisë, po punohet për sistemimin dhe rehabilitimin e rrugës alternative të fshatit Shpërdhet, që banorët të kenë akses dhe me mjetet e tyre.
-Vijon puna në aksin rrugor Skuraj-Vinjollë-Gallatë. Janë duke punuar, eskavatori me zinxhir i FA-se, Fadroma dhe një kamion i bashkisë. Aksi është i kalueshëm, pasi edhe ura është riparuar.
-Po ndërhyhet në shtratin e lumit Skuraj, (Vinjollë), për devijimin e rrjedhës në afërsi të rrugës.
Në bashkinë Mirditë Vazhdojnë ndërhyrjet për rehabilitimin e rrugëve të dëmtuara nga reshjet e shirave. Po punohet në njësinë administrative Rrëshen, Kaçinar dhe Fan.
Nuk ka dëme të konsiderueshme në kultura bujqësore.
Qarku Dibër
The situation is improving.
Work is underway to deepen the drainage channel and remove water in the Bulqizë municipality, where there have been problems on the road axis between the old town and the new town, at the terminal.
The situation in the village of Urake and in Lake Ulza, where the water level is rising, is being monitored. There are also vehicles and forces from the Armed Forces on the ground, to avoid the risk of flooding of homes and for the temporary arrangement of the embankment.
Shkodra District
In the municipality of Fushë-Arrëz, the situation is more problematic in the administrative unit of Qafë Mali, where work is underway to clean up soil in several road segments.
In the municipality of Malësi e Madhe, an increase in the flow of the Thatë stream has been noted.
Berat District
The situation is improving.
There is a significant decrease in the level of the Osum River, which is within its bed and the waters in the agricultural lands in the surrounding villages.
The Devoll River has also marked a decrease in the level.
The services of the Dimal municipality and the Ministry of Environment will begin work to clean mud and silt from the roads and courtyards of apartments.
Gjirokaster District
-In the Dropull municipality, the bridge that connects the National road axis with the villages of Glinë, Peshkëpi e Poshtme, Peshkëpi e Sipërme and Radat of the Dropull municipality and the village of Nepravishtë of the Libohëvo municipality, has subsided as a result of the rainfall. The State Police has banned traffic on the bridge and municipalities and private businesses are taking measures to put into operation an alternative road, which will enable the passage of vehicles and residents.
-In the Libohëvo municipality, work has been carried out to repair the bridge in the village of Suhë.
In Përmet, the repair of the Frashër–Përmet road (near the village water tank, allowing the passage of vehicles.
Elbasan District
In Gramsh Municipality, work is being done on a section of the road, on one side of the Shëmriza bridge.
Work is also being done on the Kodovjat-Mashan road axis, where a massif of soil had collapsed, as well as on the Gramsh-Moglicë national road axis, in a place called Mashan, where after the intervention, passage is free.
Work is also being done on the Elbasan-Peqin national road axis, at a place called the Broshka bend, to clean up fallen stones.
Tirana District
Monitoring is continuing as a result of the increased flow of the Shkumbin River in Rrogozhina, which temporarily overflowed its banks yesterday.
OSHEE teams on the ground are also working non-stop to reconnect power to those areas where there have been outages as a result of bad weather.
The entire territory of the Kukës Region continues to be under low-intensity rainfall, but despite the weather conditions, all national road axes remain open and passable.
The rainfall has caused rocks and debris to fall and flooding in some segments, but the situation has returned to normal.
Local authorities in the municipalities of Kukës, Has and Tropojë report that so far there have been no emergencies or serious problems caused by the weather.
The electricity supply is stabilized throughout the region, with the exception of the villages of Dojan, Markaj and Breçan in the Bujan Unit of the Tropoja Municipality, where there are power outages.
Meanwhile, the supply of drinking water is being carried out according to the schedules set by the Kukës Regional Directorate of Water Supply and Sewerage.
The Mayor of Maliq, Gëzim Topçiu, has announced the overload of water flows due to heavy rainfall at the Moglica dam.
As a result, it is learned that the first emergency gate has been opened, which is expected to cause a dense presence of water in the lands of the surrounding areas.
"The maximum flows of the Devoll River have forced the Moglica HPP cascade to open the first emergency gate," Topçiu told "Ora News".
For four days now, our country has been engulfed by bad weather, which has caused flooding, causing damage to residents of the affected areas.
Many families have been forced to evacuate after their homes were flooded.

Situata nga moti i keq vijon të jetë problematike në disa zona. Në Fier, lumi Seman ka dalë nga shtrati dhe ka përmbytur disa stalla dhe pemishte në Mbrostar. Edhe në zonën e Ngurrëz Imësht në Lushnje, vazhdojnë të jenë nën ujë 200 hektarë tokë bujqësore si pasojë e daljes nga shtrati të lumit.
Në qytetin e Beratit nuk ka më problematika, ndërsa në fshatra ka prani të ujit në tokat bujqësore.
Ndërkohë në Vlorë, niveli i lumit Vjosa luhatet nga 7.8–8.3 metra. Për dy ditë me radhë, niveli i Vjosës ka qëndruar mes kuotave 7.8 dhe 8.3 metra, duke shënuar ulje-ngritje të vazhdueshme, por pa rënë poshtë zonës së rrezikut.
Situata është mbikqyrur nga strukturat e emergjencave civile dhe pushtetin vendor, të cilët po monitorojnë nga afër gjithë vijën e lumit dhe zonën pranë urës së Mifolit, një nga pikat më të ndjeshme në raste reshjesh dhe përmbytjesh.
Reshjet e shumta të shiut kanë sjellë daljen nga shtrati të lumit Osum në fshatin Leshnjë të Bashkisë Korçë, duke shkaktuar dëme të konsiderueshme në banesa dhe në bujqësi e blegtori.
Banorët raportojnë se uji ka depërtuar me shpejtësi në disa godina dhe stalla, duke rrezikuar jetën e njerëzve, por dhe batëgitë.
Adriatik Ropi tha se ujërat kanë hyrë brenda stallës së tij, duke vënë në rrezik çobanin që ndodhej në punë si dhe duke shkaktuar ngordhjen e rreth 50 deleve.
“Lumi ka ardhur zakonisht, ka rënë një javëm dy javë shi dhe nuk kemi pasur këto lloj përmbytje. Tani erdhi lumi, mbyti shtëpitë, bagëtitë, stallat. 50 krerë i mori lumi, disa i groposëm. Stalla është dëmtuar. Ishte bariu aty, e nxorëm me fadromë, e shpëtuam. Bagëtitë ishin brenda, mbyteshin, dilnin të mbytura. Nuk hynim dot andej”, u shpreh ai.
Të dëmtuar nga dalja e lumit Osum janë edhe banorët Robert Ropi dhe Perparim Nako, të cilët raportojnë dëme si në shtëpitë e tyre ashtu edhe në mjediset bujqësore e blegtorale.
Fshati Leshnjë, pjesë e njësisë administrative Vithkuq, është një zonë që mbështetet kryesisht në blegtori, çka e bën goditjen nga përmbytjet edhe më të rëndë për familjet që jetojnë aty. Autoritetet vendore ndodhen në terren për të vlerësuar dëmet dhe për të mbështetur banorët.
