In order to minimize the crime at the Oncology Department and to hide the reality of the degraded and corrupt health care, Edi Rama, during the meeting with the heads of the QSUT, pretended that an EU politician had asked him to be cured in Albania, because according to Bablok, the professionalism of Albanian health has exceeded the level of the main EU countries.
In the same way, Babloku used the figure of the prominent doctor Besim Elezi, as well as a patronage nurse, who allegedly in the Oncology Hospital, had excellent treatment experience of her mother, with all medications and equipment, without delay or bribes and with the care of doctors.

In fact, when Babloku was talking about the successes in QSUT, the Director of the Health Care Fund, Spartak Zekja, said in the Parliamentary Health Committee that the government has reduced the reimbursement fund and removed the main drugs, while the drugs for serious diseases are in the amount 20% of the needs of Oncology and central hospitals.
To minimize the crime at Oncology, Edi Rama said, that 5 doctors created a very dark and undeserved moment for all heroic and honest doctors of Oncology and the whole community of white shirts; but as soon as we became aware of those ugly actions, we set up a working group to prevent such cases.
Prime Minister Edi Rama acted as if he learned about the violence in the Oncology Hospital after the decision of the prosecution; when in fact he has had full knowledge for 3 years, because he was informed with 2000 denunciations from extorted and abandoned patients before death and from their family members.
Bablok has been informed of the names of the heads of the Oncology Hospital, the names of doctors, nurses, the value of the bribes, the names and values of the medicines purchased, the names of private clinics; among them the "Gashi-Pere-Qirjazi-Lela" gang, even the journalist Muharrem Meko, who took the trouble to the Oncology hospital, also denounced the gang of doctor Artan Bodeci and others, who take patients to the "Hygeja" hospital and the "American Hospital".
