The affair of the incinerators, Bozdo: SPAK works with a double standard

The member of the Presidency of Reestablishment, Eno Bozdo, said that SPAK is maintaining a double standard in terms of the investigation methodology for the Tirana incinerator.

According to him, this was understood from the moment when Berisha and Malltezi were accused of the 'Partisan Club' case.

Bozdo says that the issue of the incinerator is the biggest corruption case in the country and that SPAK has personally taken care to separate the cases so as not to investigate them as a structured criminal group, even though it is understood that the same group of people are behind the three incinerators .

" We have clearly spoken about the double standard that is used in SPAK's methodology, since the moment when Mr. Berisha and Mr. Malltezi were accused of the 'Klub Partizani' case.

The public opinion clearly understands it since it is the fact that for the same procedure, for the leader of the opposition Sali Berisha, the limitation of his freedom was requested by taking away his passport and not allowing him to go abroad, Jamarbër Malltez, a person who does not have nothing to do with the case, he didn't even have executive duties and he was a private person in the 'Partizani' case, without putting his signature anywhere, he was also kept in prison.

While Prime Minister Edi Rama, who with his company had alienated the sports club's ground for construction, as he has done with many sports grounds in Tirana, he continues to be quiet in politics and in his personal life and SPAK had not raised any kind of accusation against Edi Rama and others.

From here it is more than clear about the double standard that SPAK has set.

Think what happens to Ilir Beqaj and his people involved in the PPP sterilization contract scandal. Think about what is called a check-up on how public money has been stolen, 12 million euros a year that go unaccounted for, there is an investigation but no action.

The incinerator issue is the biggest corruption affair in the country. SPAK has personally taken care to separate the cases so as not to investigate them as a structured criminal group, even though it is understood that behind the three incinerators are the same group of people and behind it is understood that the entire government from Edi Rama to Engjëll Agaçi to the ministers of others have laid the red carpet for a minimum 400 million euro contract to be realized in this way that it was realized.

Nothing moves forward without the prime minister, the mayor and other important people. This is as clear as the light of the sun and we are fighting for this standard and we have denounced it and I believe that in this way with the attitude that the DP and its chairman Sali Berisha have taken we are doing a great service to the public interest to show the interest public that justice is more difficult than it used to be" , said Bozdo on "Syri Tv".
