The celebration of the 35th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Party of Vlora has changed in a flash, after Edi Rama ordered the organization of a rally in the city center. Which, Sali Berisha, yesterday in Parliament, called an anti-rally, directly linking it to the protests against the government for the Zvërnec project.
In fact, the leader of the DP seems to have accurate information, as the change in agenda occurred suddenly and, according to sources, the Vlora rally will be a demonstration of the majority's strength.
As it is learned, there will be ample space given to “voices from the people.” Some of them will be young people, roughly the same age group as the protesters who have come out against Edi Rama.
The materials for the speeches of these young people have also been carefully prepared, and they are expected to respond harshly to the language used by some of the protesters in front of the Prime Minister's Office and the SP headquarters.
The goal is clear: to awaken the dormant militancy and disillusionment of the socialist electorate, but at the same time to use the strategy of tension to keep the political scene polarized.
The plan aims for SP militants in Vlora to seek to be on the ground themselves to stop what they consider aggression against the Socialist Party.
Edi Rama is expected to declare during the rally that the Socialists should not fall prey to the provocations of what he calls hybrid warfare.
But, according to the same scenario, the militants will not fully accept Rama's call, demanding that they be at least partially present at the SP headquarters to prevent any aggression against its leaders.
It is even expected that ready groups of militants will be created in every SP headquarters, who will remain on constant alert to prevent the entry of protesters by force.
Rama is expected to strengthen this initiative by reviving online groups on social networks.
According to sources, deputies and senior figures of the Socialist Party who have remained silent, or who have spoken out in favor of the protest against Zvërnec, will be severely attacked.
Political formulations have also been prepared where it will be clearly stated that anyone who is against the SP today must immediately leave its ranks.
This strategy is known in political science as the "strategy of tension", historically used by extremist movements at the beginning of the last century, from the Bolsheviks to the fascists in Italy and the Nazis in Germany.
The strategy of tension aims for maximum polarization of the political field, eliminating as many moderate factors as possible.
At this stage of developments, people of action are expected to come to the fore, rather than politicians who speak with arguments.
It is not even excluded that the strong will appear on stage to confront the most aggressive protesters.
It seems that Edi Rama has decided to go to the EU-Western Balkans Summit with a more politically balanced atmosphere, while he is currently perceived as a leader under pressure from the popular revolt.
However, voices close to the majority say that the possibility cannot be ruled out that at the last moment Rama will cancel his participation in the summit, delegating the representation of Albania to the President of the Republic./ Pamphlet

Antimitingu i Ramës s'ka asnjë vlerë. Por për herë të parë nga protesta në shesh këto ditë, po bie autoriteti i Ramës që deri tani sillej si të ishte pronar i Shqipërisë, e mund t'i jepte copa Shqipërie kujt të donte (edhe në zona të mbrojtura duke qepur ligje apostafat) për "blerje" influence dhe mbështetje politke. Nje gje duhet te kuptojne njerezit. Pse insiston kembengul eshte gati te bej gjithcka te mbaj pushtetin ky Kryeminister?!?!? Ka 13-14 vjet ne pushtet. Kishte gjithe kohen e nevojshme te per te bere gjerat qe mendonte dhe premtonte. Ka vetem bilanc negativ. Asgje konkrete. Vetem per kulla betoni do mbahet mend dhe per arrogancen fodullekun dhe psikopatine. Nuk kishte asnje lidhje me shtetformimin. Do ta mbaj me dhembe se do te vazhdoj te vjedh dhe te mbroj vetem nga drejtesia. Tanime koha jote ka mbaruar. Tregohu njehere i zgjuar, terhiqu ne paqe. Kembanat bien per ty. Cdo zvarritje vetem ta rendon poziten.

Fatkeqesisht. Mos harroni se jemi i vetmi shtet ne bote qe kemi jetuar aktivisht komunizmin dhe tani kapitalizmin. Ne mos pacim nxjerre mesime, nga keto dy universitete, pak e kemi qe te tjeret te na hane te gjalle...
Shqiptaret po kuptojne cdo dite e me shume se kush administron leket e tyre. Nje njeri medioker, fallco qe kurre nuk ben ate qe promovon dhe thote. Afroj rreth vetes njerez te korruptuar, krijoi nje sekt te qelbur mbushur me hajna kurva e bq. Thithlopa, njeri me zullumqar se tjetri. Skandal pas skandali. Nuk ka kjo shqiperi njerez me integritet patriot. Akoma me fytyrat e ketyre mostrave 35 vjet, te nxira te shperfytyruara qe na kallin daten ne mes te dites. 40 vjet Enver Hoxha po ishte diktature, dhe 35 vjet keto mostra duke i mbajt ne kurriz, mender jush demokraci. Ky do terheq zvarre shpifesire burre. Si shpurre duhet te japin llogari keta. Dil tani e mbro ballukun, bej si i forte se me dite je.
