The head of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi from Devolli shared two good news for the opposition.
He said that the merger of the DP and the opposition took place, without mentioning the non-participation of Lulzim Basha, who is the official head of the Democratic Party.
Bardhi says that it is now time for action, calling to go village by village and city by city, to create the trust of the citizens.
"There are two good news related to the merger of the DP and the opposition, as a premise, the demand and desire that came from every member and sympathizer of the DP. I am convinced that you also share the same opinion that perhaps due to the mistakes of leadership with our division we added to your difficulties. You all went through an unequal battle together, you fought with our candidate here, you were all united around the candidate and they faced each other around one race. Although the result was not what we expected, I see your determination not to give up, to face and win the 2025 elections.
This is definitely an inspiration and gives us the courage to extend this determination that we find in Devoll to the whole of Albania. If we start work today, door to door, village to village, city to city and if we manage to win the trust of the citizens, the DP, the united opposition must and will be victorious in 2025", said Bardhi, who called for on "February 20, everyone gathers in Tirana to protest".
Also, Bardhi said that whoever stole with the agricultural funds should go to prison.
