The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, commented on today's arrest of the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj. Berisha said that Beqaj is arrested because he stole 125 thousand euros from European taxpayers and was never arrested because he stole 300 million euros from Albanians.
Among other things, Berisha said that Ilir Beqaj is the owner together with Edi Rama of the sterilization enterprise, with which they increased the price per sterilized unit 83 times.
He said that former minister Beqaj shared the money he earned with Rama. Berisha said that the unimaginable criminal affair is the check-up. "The KLSH commission has found that Vilma Nushi, who deserves every epithet, but I'm not spoiling her mouth, was paid in 2 years by Beqaj and Korba e Kovidit for 455,000 tests that were never performed", he added.

Today, in one of the most cynical acts that can exist, in an act of flagrant evidence of the complete and total control of the Scrap of the party by Edi Rama, in an act of blindness and humiliation for Albanians, Damani of the party, Zamani of the party issued an order - the arrest of Ilir Beqë because he stole and embezzled, bought a car, paid for lunches and dinners at his own restaurant with EU funds, a total of 125 thousand euros.

Dear friends, do you know why? Because the money was shared with Edi Rama. That Ilir Beqaj said in his office that the money was stolen, but it went somewhere else. So, for the scrap of the party, for the mercenary Altin Dumani, 76 million thefts with sterilizations, do not constitute a criminal offense of Ilir Begë.
But he should be imprisoned, the EU imprisons him for 125,000 euros that he stole from him to buy the car and serve lunches and dinners in his restaurant. Is there any greater cynicism than this? A bigger mockery for Albanians? Isn't the message to every Albanian that we have stolen from you and we will steal from you as much as we can because you deserve it?

That's the same with theft and the death penalty of people with serious illnesses by not giving them medicine. Not getting the medication they deserved. There is no justice! For Duman, this criminal at the head of the criminal organization, it is not a crime to leave 600 women and girls without radiotherapy, the main method of their treatment, for three years.
It is not a crime to leave 200 patients without voltotherapy.
It is not therapy to leave hundreds and hundreds of children without their medication. The macabre act of Edi Rama's ex-sister-in-law, who reintroduces expired medicines by ordering fraud, is not a crime. It is not a crime for Duman, this monster of justice. These are not crimes. But he must protect Edi Rama and his thefts", said Berisha.
