That Pëllumb Gjoka's gangs, every voter who came, grabbed his head, offered it to his ear, accompanied him and when he left the center, when they tried to be filmed, they reacted to them. All these organized by the government. Don't think there are brave thugs, thugs become brave when they have power. There are no more cowards than them.
Same thing with other gangs. What happened? Motorcade! But why do I call it invasion? Because it took us a long time to get the convoy videos. It took us a long time for people to come out who could photograph the bandits, the serial killers who were released from prisons to donate the city of freedom, to donate Shkodra.
I say it once again, in all my conviction, I was very convinced that there is no solution with Edi Rama. I had and continue to consolidate that we as the opposition have our problems, but when a prime minister decides to get the vote at all costs, no one should be naive, no one should be delusional that he has all the means to achieve this.
How was the rule of the crime party established in Shkodër? This rule was established first by releasing people from prisons and activating all the gangs. Secondly, it was decided by removing the name of the DP and its leaders from the ballot.
