"Make Albania Great Again" is the American foundation, which according to the Democratic Party has undertaken to pay the 6 million dollars of lobbying in the United States. The Democratic Party did not provide any details about this organization, but Report TV has discovered that in fact, it was created just 7 days before Flamur Noka put his signature on the dizzying contract with the CONTINENTAL company, owned and run by people close to President Donald Trump.
Report TV has exclusively obtained documents proving that “Make Albania Great Again” was registered as a Non-Profit Organization on March 27, 2025. Its founder is the Albanian-American Nuredin Seci, who will also be the guarantor of the contract. The foundation clearly seems to have been created to cover the lobbying agreement. The request addressed to the company “Continental Strategy LLC” immediately followed the act of creating the foundation. Because only 3 days later, Seci received a response from the lobbying company that it was ready to engage in services for the Democratic Party of Albania. And 5 days later, on April 4, Flamur Noka signed as the representative of the Alliance for a Great Albania.
Another very significant detail about the foundation created by Seci are the addresses. In these documents, the “Make Albania Great Again” foundation is registered at the address “65 Woodland Road Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677.” With an internet search, this address leads you to this super villa in New Jersey, luxurious, with 10 rooms and recently decorated.
What makes it more interesting is the fact that this villa was sold for a full $2 million in October 2023, by a sales agent named Valbona Seci, a lady originally from Tropoja and with the same last name as Nuredin Seci, who is also his follower on Facebook.
In the registration of "Make Albania Great Again" as a foundation in the US, Nuredin Seci's address is given as the same as that of the foundation.
This address is different from another one that Nuredin Seci has had before. In this document, obtained exclusively by Report TV, there is also this lawsuit filed earlier by Seci, in 2018, where his address is clearly in another neighborhood of New Jersey.
His signature is also included in this lawsuit in the United States. Apparently, it is very different from the signature he placed on the DP contract, where he appears as the guarantor of the staggering $6 million payment.
From the documents that Report TV has, apart from the name of Nuredin Seci, there is no other name as a founder. Meanwhile, it should be remembered that from the moment a foundation finances a political force, even through a lobbying contract, they are obliged to declare members and donors according to the laws both in the United States and in Albania. So, it remains unclear who finances and where a foundation finds its money, which three days after its establishment has managed to collect such an extraordinary figure.
We recall that in the Democratic Party's lobbying contract with Trump's close associates, there is no trace of the "Make Albania Great Again" foundation, which the DP says will pay the super salty lobbying bill. The financial guarantor, the Albanian-American originally from Tropoja, Nuredin Seci, turns out to be a board member of the Vatra association in New Jersey, coordinator of a newspaper about the Alps, and without any activity that would justify such a large donation, even as one of the contributors.
For this contract, which has stirred up a storm in Albanian politics, for the dark spots and doubts it leaves behind, the Special Prosecution Office announced that it has launched a major investigation. Now, through the investigation, it will be up to SPAK to show the source of the staggering funding, for a contract that is the most expensive in the history of lobbying in Albanian politics.
As for the American company that has taken over the lobbying for Berisha, one of the directors of Continental Strategy is also the daughter of Trump's campaign manager, a close associate of Chris LaCivita, who is the head of the DP's electoral campaign. According to the contract, Berisha must pay the company a total of $6 million for two years, $250,000 per month. It is revealed that the DP has prepaid the American company with $750,000.
The contract was signed by the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, and former advisor to President Trump, Carlo Trujillo, in his capacity as President of 'Continental Strategy'. / Shqiptarja.com
