Plenary sessions have started where the 2025 budget project will be discussed.
The discussion in principle of pr. the law started by Prime Minister Edi Rama gave the good news about the year-end bonus.
"I want to convey the good news to all Albanian pensioners that in the coming days the government will release a fund of nearly 1000 million euros for their last bonus that will be divided into 2 levels. Those who have a pension of up to 20,000 new lek, will receive 3 times the previous bonus through a new bonus of 150 euros, while those who have a larger pension of 20,000 lek will receive 2 times the previous bonus , so 100 euros.
This difference between the first and the second is not made to give less to those with a higher pension, but to give more to those with a lower pension," said Rama.
