Deputy Agron Gjekmarkaj has ironized his democratic colleagues regarding the debate about the head of the DP.
From the floor of the Assembly, Gjekmarkaj emphasized that many of those involved in this discussion insult mathematics and numbers and misuse their mouths. He also commented on the census project, as he described it as fatherly.
"Dear Madam President, honorable deputies, Albania is always presented to us as an unfinished country, although we consider it perfect. The renaissance not quite completed, the late independence, the missing victories, the betrayed resistance, the unimplemented constitution, democracy itself strives to plant its roots in this old land to unite our tissues towards modern political development founded on the majority and the minority, clearly defined by the voting people. The grotesque and the banal are so much the day we want to look contemporary, to the beat of a drum they make us laugh. Sometimes, like history coughing, they remind us that we still have a long way to go. This happens day after day as the Albanian institutional delegations around the world with the money of Albanians wear them like circus caravans in the village accompanied by hairdressers,evening chatty neighbors, tailors, cup watchers, working gold, cousins, krushks, mares and mules bringing attention to the Zulus in the Paris of Konica.
For several days now, all of us in different forms have been witnessing, some even two-faced, some waiter lepe peke, some like a bird in the woods, of a cross party where the Government and the power, the available pyramidal offices, the media around them with the courage to fools and tricks without principalities of cowards are trying to define who is the opposition of this country, who is the president of its parliamentary group, who will do the electoral reform? This happens by insulting mathematics, logic, ethics and numbers, closing the eyes and abusing the unwashed mouth without blushing or turning yellow. Everywhere there are cold minds and honest people, full of other heads that breathe smoke from militancy and ministry. Everywhere oh God so much!
The first ones are in retreat as they can't stand the smoke and potion of the second ones in expansion. I hope for the good of everyone, especially among the majority, the cool heads find pride and stop the stupidity, the latter drink a little water because their mouths have dried up under the shadow of creeping servility. Provocation to the Opposition is a provocation not only to it as a political community, but above all to the Constitution, to society and to social peace, to the normality of politics, yes and yes. Of course, someone here or elsewhere can think! Oh how good, this dog in our hand. A childish illusion that will melt like a snowflake as soon as the 735,000 voters of the Opposition and others who have joined it decide to crush the bureaucratic and institutional hostage-taking. Representation is not dealt with by the court, it is not forgiven, it is not appointed. I say this while maintaining the coherence of every political position held by me. This much-charged majority cannot do that. We will not allow it. For months I have been silent, crushed in my conviction that the word is not a pickaxe, a hoe or a spade. Since it was the first as stated in the Bible, I have believed in its constructive power in an illusory way. I still believe that verbal violence is not the example we should set, that theater is not the truth and it has no master, that reason is not treason, that society has its own dynamics which the Opposition should not hesitate to follow if it wants to rises above itself to offer Albania a tomorrow. With a sense of guilt, I admit that I felt powerless to predict the day when the nomination of the Opposition is attempted in this Parliament. This much-charged majority cannot do that. Në të tillë rast heshtja është atentat ndaj ndërgjegjes, ndaj shqiptarëve pa asnjë dallim. Në këtë fjalë të parë të kësaj stine dua të them diçka për censin. Me analizën tekstore te pyetjeve që janë plot 187 pastaj disa kapituj shtese me numra romake do merrem herën tjetër. Sot po mjaftohem t’u them që vetëm një mendje marroke a disa të tilla mund të realizojnë batërdi kësodore. Nuk kam lexuar kurrë gjë me të çmendur ! Nuk besoja që në vendin tonë dyzohesh ende kaq shume ne është për të qarë apo për të qeshur. Mos e shpërndani një paçavure të tillë se do pataksni njerëzinë. Shaka kaq pa kripe nuk jua ka borxh askush. Rekrutoni angazhoni katedrën e gazetarisë historisë dhe gjeografisë se Universitetit te Tiranës të bëjnë diçka të dobishme e profesionale për vendin. Mos bëni pune për t’i çuar lekë në xhep dikujt që sa do të fryje xhepin mendjen e ka me të trashe. Mënyra e konceptimit te censit është një meme me shume faqe.
Sot po flasim për një kategori pensionesh kur pensionet urbane të pleqërisë janë 17258 lekë, pensionet e invaliditetit 15064,pensionet familjare 7460 ndërsa ata rural pension pleqërie 9656 lekë, pension invaliditeti 8195 lekë ndërsa pensionet familjare 2516 lekë. Në vitin 2022 janë rritur me 9,5 %. Burim informacioni është Instituti i sigurimeve shoqërore. Këto janë shifra që nuk duan koment për të kuptuar gjendjen ekonomike të pensionistit shqiptar si në fshat apo në qytet. Të pasurit shkojnë në hotele pushimi të varfrit me kaq lek nuk mbushin dot me ilacet që ju duhen as raftat e vjetër. Në Greqi në kohën e krizes thuhej se Edipi u martua me nënën e vet për t’i marrë pensionin. Tek ne nuk ka ngasje të tilla për humor të zi falë pensioneve mizerabël të cilat janë larg minimumit të dinjitetit. Mendoni vetëm dosjet e inceneratorve, paratë e abuzimit me to dhe secili e realizon në mendjen e tij se si do zgjidhej halli i pensionistëve tanë. Ndërkohë në një projekt që diskutohet për gjyqtarët e gjykatës kushtetuese thuhet se do marrin diku te 6-7 milion të vjetra në muaj. Nuk jam kundër rrogave të larta në piramidën shteterore por jam kundër blerjes legale, me ligj të një gjykate themelore si ajo kushtetuese akt ky që korrupton rendin kushtetues. Një gjykatës s’ka pse paguhet më shumë se kolegët e SPAKUT të cilët janë të vetmit që po bëjnë një përpjekje purifikuese.
Të nderuar deputetë, sapo ka filluar viti i ri shkollor deri në ciklin e mesëm e për pak fillon ai universitar. Në këtë kontekst dua t’i kujtoj Ministres se re Manastirliu që shkollat me dy turne mbeten një hall i pambarim, mësimet universitare fillojnë në kushtet e një autonomie universitare të cunguar, në kushtet e mungesës serioze të mbështetjes për kërkim shkencor, braktisjes totale e fatale të albanologjisë si prioritet akademik e strategjik, mungesës së bibliotekave si fizike ashtu dhe dixhitale, akomodimit cilësor në auditore dhe strehim jo në standarde për studentët, po kaq shqetësues mbetet besimi që shteti shqiptar nuk e ka të Universiteti si streha e njerëzve më të ditur dhe profesionist por i shpërndan nëpër një galaktikë shoqatash klienteliste. Ministre jepni mundësi Universitetit të bëjë projekte dhe ekspertizë. Këtë ta beje ministria e Financave, ajo e brendshme, e drejtësisë kështu me rrallë.
