The head of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has spoken about the initiative of small parties to change the electoral system, as he announced that he has started the work to collect the signatures of 31 deputies for the referendum.
In an interview for the show "Debat" on "A2CNN", he added that this is a necessary initiative, as the only way to defeat an opponent like the Socialist Party and Edi Rama.

The biggest truth is that if we don't change the electoral system, we have very little chance against an opponent like the Socialist Party and Edi Rama ," he said.
