
Parliamentary commissions have been accompanied by debates, causing the Parliamentary group of the Democratic Party to boycott the meetings as a sign of protest, as a result of the recent decisions of this institution.
The exclusion of the opposition MPs, the overthrow of the Investigative Commissions and the blocking of the Electoral Reform and the non-consideration of any legal initiative has caused the Democratic Party MPs to argue fiercely in the Parliamentary Commissions and abandon the meeting. "You have killed parliamentarism", the opposition MPs accused the majority.
The Productive Activity Commission postponed the meeting for more than an hour due to the absence of opposition MPs, without managing to create a quorum. The rejection of the proposals and the non-consideration of any initiative, the democratic deputies have considered as closing the institutional path for the opposition in the Assembly.
The same situation is in the Law Commission. The opposition MPs, after hearing the proposal of their colleague, Jorida Tabaku, for the procurement law, an initiative that was defeated by the majority, argued fiercely with their socialist colleagues, and then left the meeting.
