Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe has denounced the discharge of Lushnja's waste water in Divjakë.
As he has published a video on social networks, Braçe writes that the Municipality of Lushnja pours waste water together with the remains of the oil factory on agricultural land, causing colossal damage in Divjakë.
He says that the pollution is catastrophic and that the Municipality of Lushnja must take measures immediately.
"I came here in the territory of Lushnja municipality. This is environmental crime; the Lushnjë municipality consumes it with action and inaction, the damage is colossal in Divjakë and they do not react at all, yes, absolutely, absolutely! They don't ask, so I don't say what I think! They were notified by the Divjak municipality once, twice, three times, in writing, orally, publicly, but they still continue to commit the same crime! what I am showing you is proof; on the side of the road from the roundabout of the robbery-three bridges, passes the emissary of the bull, which continues to the gates of the kular and then to the sea; at this point where I am, the emissary is fed by a horizontal channel (with the highway), into which the municipality of Lushnje pours the sewage of the village of Dushk, together with the remains of the oil factory and a super complex of calves for fattening!
Pollution is catastrophic! Environmental crime not only public, but it is terrible! Now, that's the end! with or without grace it is the end! Sis today and it will end when no more stench is poured here. Either the municipality of Lushnja takes measures or it will face us very badly" , says Braçe.
