Albanian-American activist Evi Kokalari has reacted harshly to Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, following a post by the latter regarding a meeting held with the American Conservative Union delegation.
Berisha wrote in his post that "the largest conservative organization in the United States of America, together with the Democratic Party and the Albanian Conservative Institute, will organize CPAC Balkans in Albania at the end of April."
But in her message, Kokalari warns Berisha that he will not be able to use this conference to score points in the elections.
" CPAC Balkans will not happen in April for you to use for elections and it will not be in collaboration with the DP."
CPAC is one of the most serious conservative conferences in the US and is expanding around the world. CPAC Balkans has only one mission, the promotion of true conservatism in the Balkans (super necessary) and you don't have to exploit it like you're struggling with everything these days.
"Your days are over. In Albania, there are other forces currently in the race that are conservative, and you, CPAC, are not going to take them hostage..." , writes Kokalari.
