Blerina Gjylameti, a Socialist Party candidate for deputy in the May 11 elections, said that her candidacy on the open list is a challenge.
From the News24 studio, Gjylameti stressed that she was not surprised to be listed on an open list, arguing that young people should have more opportunities.
Gjylameti explained that he has a long experience in politics, which is an advantage he will use to maximize votes for the SP.
She also spoke about her commitment in several areas of Tirana, mentioning Vora, Kamza and Rrogozhina, and emphasized that she will contribute more to all residents of the capital.
" I am not surprised that I am on the open list. I have political experience. Young people should have political discrimination in the lists of candidates for deputies. We have years in politics and this is our advantage. I will give my contribution to maximize votes for the SP."
I have been to the Tirana region and I have also been physically in Vora, Kamez, Rrogozhina, etc. In this mandate I will have more to do for all the residents. I am convinced that I will be an MP and that the Socialist Party will win its fourth mandate.
We have a team that will definitely win. I will also lobby for women and their rights, I will fight for women to find support in the Albanian state. The Socialist Party is working on pension reform. We must not forget the youth and children, because of the fact that the neighborhood will be like this , "said Gjylameti.
