Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe reacted after DP leader Sali Berisha said that after the May 11 elections he will dissolve SPAK and the prosecutors will be imprisoned.
Through a post on social media, Braçe states that a constitutional institution is not dissolved in words or by word of mouth, but by vote.
"SPAK will not exist?
Should it be extinguished?

A constitutional institution cannot be dissolved in words or with words!
By vote yes!
And what vote-2/3 of the entire assembly;
Then 50% +1 vote of Albanians on the voter list!
I don't believe anyone will have that many votes!

"On the other hand, our will has not changed since the day we voted to establish SPAK!", Braçe said.
