In September 2024, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared that the Bektash State will be established in Albania, over 30 hectares of land owned by the World Bektash Patriarchate and land that will be donated to the Albanian state, around the former printing plant.
According to the idea that Edi Rama gave and the public clarifications made by the great-grandfather Baba Edmond Brahimaj, the Bektashi State will have its own passport, center of cult objects, palaces and towers for housing, trade, and entertainment of any kind from PUBs to casinos.
At first, Baba Mondi denied the idea of the Bektashi State and then accepted it; but he had started the scenario for the foundations of palaces, towers, shopping centers, PUBs and casinos in the Bektashi State 6 months before Babloku published this idea, no doubt in bargaining with him.
This is confirmed by the document that "Pamphlet" is publishing, specifically Decision No. 14, dated March 15, 2024 of the Assembly of the "Bektashian Wisdom" Society, where the owner of 100% of the land and 84% of the capital and buildings is the Bektashian World Grandmother in Tirana.
In point 4 of the decision, it is stated that Grandfather Haxhi Baba Edmond Brahimaj, with Letter No. 657, dated December 12, 2023, as the decision-making shareholder of the company "Urtësia Bektashiane Sh.A", has requested the development of the property with constructions, on the surfaces with no buildings, since the land is owned by the Bektashian Chief Justice.
In point 5 of the decision, it is said that the request has been approved and the Great Grandfather Haxhi Baba Edmond Brahimaj is charged with signing the business contract with the construction and investor entity on behalf of the "Urtësia Bektashiane" company.
Because the land and the surroundings where this company operates are 100% owned by the Chief Magistrate, but also because within the territory where the plot will be developed there are buildings owned by the Bektashian Chief Magistrate.
According to the construction development project presented by Baba Mondi, 52 buildings, towers, villas, hotels, shopping centers, parking lots, etc. will be built on an area of 82,000 m2 of premises and instead of 71,000 m2 of buildings of the former Polygraphic Factory in Tirana.
These, according to the decision, will be with projects that will be selected by Baba Mondi, and with the construction firm and investors that he and Babloku have negotiated with but have not published their names; which is confirmed by the fact that Baba Mondi is authorized to start the procedures of this business and sign the contract for the constructions within the territory of the Bektashi State.
So, Baba Mondi started the construction business project of the Bektashi state in March 2024, while Babloku made the idea public, 6 months after Baba Mondi approved the construction of palaces, towers and hotels, leveling the state buildings of the former Polygraphic Factory.
It is not known who the builders and investors will be, and how much "Baba" Edi of the Albanian State and Baba Mondi of the Bektash State will benefit from this business of millions with the sale of apartments and the use of hotels, pubs, casinos, commercial units parking lots.
