The whole scheme that once worked for him is not working today. SPAK is turned into a shooting board by Sali Berisha. In fact, not the whole institution, but carefully selected segments of it, not randomly.
Sali Berisha, former prime minister, under investigation by SPAK for the privatization procedures of the former 'Partizani' complex, continues to apply the same methods of attack, as over the years he has undertaken against anyone who he thought was in his way or he thought of them as people who could be 'tangled' around his feet.
He has done it with prosecutors, political opponents, ambassadors, and even with his own, those he had and has in the party, who sometimes declared enemies, sometimes collaborators, sometimes gave them epithets of bravery and sometimes treated them like "the sheep of black".
A practice that he started in 1991 and continues in 2025. At all times he has attacked with a clear goal: where he could not bring them to their knees, he would at least trample them.
Recently, his target is some prosecutors and judges in SPAK and GJKKO. It is Altin Dumani, Irena Gjoka, Arben Kraja, Enkelejda Millonai, who in turn attacks and accuses them, then labels SPAK as SKAP and returns again to proper names, without any order or alphabetical order.
He has been doing the same thing for years. With the exception of the first General Prosecutor who he appointed himself, Alush Dragoshin and to some extent Adriatik Llalla, everyone who has sat in the chair of the chief prosecutor has been a target of Berisha.
This happened to Arben Rakipi, then Theodhori Sollaku, even though he had an adviser during his time as President, and Ina Rama, who introduced her as Silvia Konti, and so on.
SPAK Prosecutors and judges of GJKKO are now at the center of the attacks. They are the ones who, as it seems, with or without lot, with or without luck, it fell to 'bigha' to investigate Berisha, or issues related to him.
Therefore, today they are back on the shooting board, just like their colleagues over the years. But if Berisha attacked them for sleeping over what he called 'corruption files', he seems to attack them today because he did not fall asleep over his file, given that even the one that is being investigated and expected to be judged has to do exactly with corruption.
If we go back in time, Berisha's attacks from Rakipi in 1997 onwards seem to have created the comfort of never being under the magnifying glass of the prosecutors, even though for months in the first years of the opposition, after the fall from power 28 years ago, his immunity as a deputy was removed.
She is applying the same method even today, attacks, accusations, warnings, labels, mudslinging, that even if there may be some truth in what she articulates, it is lost in the multitude of endless accusations she lists. And as if to add them to the 3rd person, today he uses what he considers the 'digital citizen', a 'new weapon' that once had no allies, whenever he attacks inside and outside the political fence.

And the dysfunction of the scheme neither more nor less, first of all it seems to be related to his biological age, or to the fact that he is walking in a territory that his mind does not accept, and perhaps does not even perceive.
