PD MP Oerd Bylykbashi has reacted after the news about the bankruptcy of the Water-Sewage company in Durrës.
In his post on Facebook, Bylykbashi has ironized the situation created with a Durrsay expression 'the horse died at the door of the inn', raising the alarm that the city's water supply situation could worsen even further.

The expression Durrsak is slightly different but with the same literary meaning. UKD, the Durrës Water and Sewer company has gone bankrupt!
This is bad news for the residents of Durres who have been paying for water over the years, hoping that water will come to them, and instead of water in the tap, bills with constantly increased prices have regularly arrived at their door.
It is bad news because the situation of water supply may deteriorate further amid the expectations of the transfer of powers, or finding fault "he has it, this one has it".
The water supply company of the second largest city in the Republic goes bankrupt. It's a scandal!
In 2013, a loan of 85 million euros was taken from the DP government for the water supply, but it was spent in implementation by the SP government and there is no water. A few months ago, another loan of 60 million euros was taken for UKD, which was supposed to increase the water supply. I debated in the laws committee about the scandalous situation. No one from the government said that UKD is going bankrupt. In the May 14 campaign, the theme of the campaign was the mismanagement of the water supply by the Durrës Municipality.
But UKD died at the door of the bank and just passed the threshold of May 14, when it served as an instrument for looting the elections.
The auditors point the finger at the Municipality and the management of UKD for maladministration. The socialist government has successfully done two things with UKD:
1- has accumulated endless debts by bankrupting UKD;
2- there is UKD milk as an electoral cow.
In every campaign, even on May 14, 2023, the SP has used UKD for hundreds of electoral jobs in exchange for the vote of the employees' families and making investments as patches according to the orientation of the patron Nazis to buy the votes of an alley or neighborhood. If there were no elections, there would be no investments/patches.
Here we are today. Liability for this bankruptcy is not merely administrative for management or civil for debts and obligations. It is also criminal, if the prosecutor has it, especially if the bankruptcy of the water supply of the second largest city was intentional to bury with a bankruptcy procedure the atrocities of the socialist government, at the expense of the money of the dursaks who get corruption instead of water.
