Democratic Party MP Belind Këlliçi has requested the exclusion from the session of the leader of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla.
He said that Balla insulted the opposition MPs during his speech on the podium. Këlliçi also requested that the session be interrupted, emphasizing that the majority is the one using banal and offensive language.
"The head of the SP parliamentary group, in addition to lying in all his propaganda rhetoric, directly insulted opposition MPs by using the term "I'm not like these people who bark" or "I'm not their race". He threatened MP Balliu, intimidated others by calling someone a fraud, someone a liar. According to Article 60 of the regulation, Balla should be excluded from the session, for repeated insults to opposition MPs. And interrupt the session, to review the video footage to see if MP Balla said these things or not. And if any opposition MP has insulted the majority... There is only one party that insults, it is the head of the SP parliamentary group", the MP said.
After this, Taulant Balla responded by saying: "For the request, since you are also a new MP. Accompany it with 7 signatures, file it and have the committee review it."
