Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Prime Minister Sali Berisha are not only connected in the tower market, nor only in the National Lottery, Fiscal Stamps and Fuel Pumps, etc., but also in the "Fuel Marking" concession market.
They are connected with other characters, who belong to two heads of politics: one "non grata" and the other who pretends to support the American line against the "non grata" old man, but in fact they share parts and areas of big businesses.
By Government Decision No. 489, dated August 9, 2023, Prime Minister Edi Rama extended the term of the "Fuel Branding" concession by 1 year, when according to Government Decision No. 200, dated March 13, 2013 and the contract dated August 1, 2013, the private firm "Global Fluids Integrity SA" (GIF), had to hand over 100% of the concession to the Albanian government and continue the customs.
But Sali Berisha, through Ismail Mullet (Ili), Genc Pollos and Shkëlzen Berisha and Edi Rama through realtors and partners of "FK Flamurtari" Sinan Idrizi and Turkish woman Nerve Korkmaz, on February 16, 2022 made the formal transfer of 99.93% of shares to this group of Bablokut.
While the Berisha-Pollo-Mulleti group held 0.07% of the ownership of the Fuel Marking concession, but they actually have 50% of it, hiding the partnership with the Rama-Idrizi group and the Turkish Nerve Korkmaz, Erdogan's official and manager of his son-in-law's businesses.
The Berisha-Rama market connection in this concession started in June 2015, when Prime Minister Edi Rama, by government decision, took away the license and canceled the concession contract to Ismail Mullet, but after 3 months he gave it back and it continued until August 1, 2023 .
One month after the restoration of the contract license, in September 2015, the firm "Global Fluids International SA" (GFI) of the Berisha-Pollo-Mulleti group, transferred 99.912% of the fuel marking concession to the firm "Petroleum Consulting Partners AG", where it turns out that the only partner is Sinan Idrizi's Turkish wife and Erdogan's "friend".
While on July 16, 2021, in order to hide the traces, the firm changed its name to "Petrolium Consulting Partners LLC", which is currently the firm with Turkish owner Nerve Korkmaz, which on February 16, 2022 formally bought 99.93% of the "Fuel Marking" concession ” from the Berisha-Pollo-Mulleti group.
While on August 1, Prime Minister Edi Rama extended this concession by 1 year, creating the opportunity for Saliu's group and Sinan Idrizi's group for 15 million Euros net, while over 10 years, 150 million Euros were extorted from car users as "tax of coloring".
Referring to this partnership masked behind the alleged "hostility" for the "non grata" issue, it is not surprising that Bablok's group, Sinan Idrizi and his Turkish partner Nerve Korkmaz, are illegal partners with Saliu's group and in the "Air Albania" business of Turkish planes.
