The Court of First Instance has decided not to accept the request of the National Council of DP to deregister Lulzim Basha as chairman of DP.
The court decided not to legitimize the National Council called by Bardhi in July 2023.
Judge Gentjan Marku thus decided not to legitimize the Council called by Bardhi, a request made by 6 DP deputies.
"The Court of First Instance has decided not to accept the request of 6 deputies to deregister Lulzim Basha as chairman of the Democratic Party. Judge Gentjan Marku decided not to legitimize the Council called by Gazmend Bardhi", according to the announcement of the official PD.
We recall that the National Council of the Democratic Party on July 27 of last year authorized 6 deputies to request the deregistration of the resigned former President Lulzim Basha from the register of political parties on behalf of the Democratic Party of Albania, also based on the decision of the KAS for his resignation.
