Former President Ilir Meta has chosen a new lawyer who will represent him today in the court process at the GJKKO.
Bujar Musta will be the new lawyer of former President Ilir Meta, after the 'divorce' of the Freedom Party leader with lawyer Kujtim Cakrani.
Lawyer Musta appeared today at the GJKKO, where the next trial session of Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi will be held for the file in which they are accused of corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets.
Meanwhile, court hearings have begun at the Special Court, where the case against the leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, and his ex-wife, Monika Kryemadhi, is being examined.
After arriving at the GJKKO, Monika briefly stated to reporters that at the hearing to be held today, she will speak about the manipulations made in the video messages as claimed by Kryemadhi.
"Today is the day of truth. I have the defense and I will unravel all the manipulations that have been made in the video messages. We will let you know as soon as the process begins. I invite you to be there," she said.
