Shpëtim Idrizi of the PDIU signed today together with 47 opposition MPs to change the composition of the Electoral Reform Commission.
Idrizi has joined Gazment Bardhi's initiative against Lulzim Basha, asking the Assembly to dismiss Enlekejd Alibeaj and replace Oerd Bylykbashin.
In the letter sent to the embassies, it is requested to leave all the current members of the reform who represented the opposition and replace them with others.
The proposed new list of members leaves out the entire Basha group and fills the committee with members of the Pulpit.
Bardhi and his colleagues say that Basha deserves only one member at this table as he has only 7 deputies with him. If they ask for a member, Bardhi promises to give it to them.
The Electoral Reform Commission is expected to meet again tomorrow.
We remind you that in a request addressed to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, and for the information of the Ambassadors of Quint and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, the 43 deputies of the DP of the Bardhi-Berisha grouping, the 3 deputies of the Freedom Party and the deputy of the DP Agron Shehaj, asked the Speaker of the Assembly to proceed with the change in the composition of the Special Parliamentary Commission for Electoral Reform.
