The next attempt at a physical clash between the opposition and the majority took place in the Assembly. The protagonist of the scuffle was not, as always, only Flamur Noka, with a file in SPAK, but also another deputy of the Democratic Party, Petrit Doda. While Minister Taulan Balla was about to speak about the Diaspora and the May 11 elections, deputy Doda unbuckled his pants and rushed towards the podium to hit Balla.
At this moment, the Guard intervened. MP Petrit Doda tried several times to hit the minister with a microphone from close range. Such aggressive displays are understandable during this time when Sali Berisha is putting the finishing touches on the list of candidates for MPs. Petrit Doda entered the Assembly in January 2023, taking the seat of Alfred Rushaj, who resigned in November 2022.
From 2013 to 2020, Petrit Doda, through his wife Hane Doda with the company Crom Albania, managed to buy the Selishta hydroelectric power plant for 760 thousand euros, while the investment value for the construction and commissioning of the HPP alone is 1.2 million euros. He even bought 49% of the shares of the hydroelectric power plant company for 32 thousand euros.

Petrit Doda is the founder of the Crom Albania company for the sale of metals such as steel, iron, bronze, copper, aluminum, raw materials, tiles and plumbing equipment, etc. In 2007, the company was transferred to the name of Ardit Duma and in 2008 the company was transferred to the name of Petrit Doda's wife, Hane Doda.
Through this company, Petrit Doda has generated hundreds of thousands of euros in income, always in the name of his family members. Shortly before leaving power, Sali Berisha gave Petrit Doda another hydroelectric power plant located downstream of the Molla e Lura river, through the GJURR REÇ company and a cartel of other companies. Petrit Doda has also camouflaged this public asset in the name of his sons, Elton and Edison Doda.
Initially, the hydropower plant was acquired through the company Marsian Service. The company was founded as a customs agency by Petrit Doda.
