Bora Muzhaqi, a candidate for MP on the closed list of the Socialist Party, shared her experience of starting a political career in Albania during an interview on Prime Minister Edi Rama's "Flasim" Podcast.
Rama reminded the minister of some 'memes', while the latter expressed what she has not seen and heard about herself. Muzhaqi emphasized that they want young people in politics, but every time a young person enters politics, they think about how to put them down.
"Even though you're more famous than the other two. You've also become a meme ," Rama told her.
"I'm starting from high school, I was excellent. When I was 15 years old, I told my parents I wanted to study abroad, they said no. I finally convinced them. I finished high school in England with very high results. I heard your call for students who study abroad to return to Albania. I was interviewed for a position at the Ministry of Finance, but I didn't find it interesting. What I haven't heard before about myself. We say we want young people in politics, but as soon as a young person enters politics, we say how to lower him ," said Muzhaqi.
