Today's parliamentary session was accompanied by tensions after the speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, did not accept the request of Gazment Bardhi to include Sali Berisha in the DP Group.
Her decision was opposed by the democratic deputies, part of the former prime minister's group, considering it unconstitutional.
However, Lindita Nikolla has not withdrawn from her decision and the opposition MPs have addressed the pulpit.
Guard employees entered the hall and lined up in front of the ministers, while the speaker interrupted the session for 5 minutes.
" You are the representative of a non-grate. Sit down instead of giving me the floor and continue calmly, " Nikola directed to Noka.
Meanwhile, outside the Parliament, the militants started rioting, setting fire to tires and spraying them with fuel.
Gazment Bardhi's request for a motion with debate for the RAI 3 program for Albania was not accepted by the president Lindita Nikolla. Bardhi has also asked for Berisha's inclusion in the parliamentary group.
The composition of the two commissions was approved today
Despite the opposition's calls for a boycott, the majority is determined to carry forward the two commissions, 'Anticorruption' and 'Disinformation'. In today's plenary session, the SP has submitted the resolutions with the names of the members of the Commissions, who are expected to be voted today only with the votes of the majority.
The Anti-corruption Commission will have 11 members, 6 from the majority and 5 from the opposition. The members of this commission will be the chairmen and vice-chairmen of the 4 permanent parliamentary committees and those of the European Integration Council. The majority has entrusted the management of this commission to Fatmir Xhafaj.
Meanwhile, the Disinformation Commission will be headed by Social MP Erion Braçe. From the ranks of the opposition, only Mesila Doda and Fatmir Mediu have confirmed their participation, while the other 3 opposition seats are empty so far.
