However, this did not stop Prime Minister Edi Rama from saying today that electronic services will now be based on Artificial Intelligence. Rama said that the e-Albania government portal will be based on Artificial Intelligence.
Further, the Prime Minister said that in order to cut even more time for citizens, in e-Albania it will be possible to communicate with citizens, where behind the computer screen or a smartphone will be a digital operator, who will to give answers to citizens for the most common questions.
"Within a maximum of one year, the entire service of e-Albania should be based on artificial intelligence and the operator should be visually in contact with the citizens. It will be digital operator not physical. It will be for the application phase and for what are the most common questions and the most necessary answers for those who enter e-Albania", said Rama.
Rama also emphasized that technology will be part of the government, and for this reason, he pointed out that in every ministry there will be innovation nuclei where they will cooperate with each other for further digitization of services.
