Belind Kelliçi has again denounced other payments that were made by the company of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir, which according to him show how the funds of the state budget have disappeared.
According to Këlliç, the companies of Zoto and Mërit have paid a tourist agency the value of 1.6 million euros.
For these, the former democratic deputy has raised a number of questions, while calling on SPAK to investigate this scheme.

By now we all know how the prestanoms, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mertiri, under the orders of the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator Erion Veliaj, set up a scheme to steal and disappear state budget money, sometimes using pensioners and sometimes not even saving the dead.
The Democratic Party has been following exactly this scheme for several months.
Last week we showed with facts how Zoto's company owned several apartments inside and outside the country, about which SPAK continues to remain silent and not say a word.
Today is the moment to tell you another case.
The Tourist Agency 'ONE EXPLORER', owned by the citizen Juventin Cere, who turns out to have been previously arrested for fraud, has benefited from millions of euros in payments from the ghost incinerator of Tirana.
Integrated Technology Services, owned by Zoto, has paid a full 105,682,680 ALL or about 1 million euros to this tourist agency.
Integrated Energy BV SPV, or more simply the Tirana Incinerator company that does not exist, has paid from its accounts in two second level banks the amount: 46,834,789 ALL or about 460,000 euros and 103,992 euros.
2 companies that would have to spend the money for the construction of Tirana's incinerator and the processing and burning of waste in the landfill, have paid a tourist agency about 1.6 million euros.
The questions that rightly arise are:
Have these payments served to cover the luxury trips and vacations of Albanian officials and governors?
Are these payments that covered the charter trips of Tirana Municipality directors?
Are these payments to any government related to this affair and not yet investigated?
Aren't these payments a way to eliminate the millions of euros stolen from the state budget, or simply put, the money of the Albanians?
Until today, SPAK has been silent and has not made any investigation regarding this new affair involving this so-called Tourist Agency, but our denunciation does not stop there.
On December 7, 2021, just 6 days before the arrest warrant was signed for Klodian Zoton, the company ITS shpk signed a notarial statement with the company ONE EXPLORER.
According to this notarial contract that you see on the screen, ITS lends ONE EXPLORER the amount of 150,000 euros.
Why was Klodian Zoto transferring this money to this company just 6 days before he escaped?
Maybe for the next charter?
Maybe for payments related to offshore companies?
Of course, all these transactions were done under the nose of SPAK, which, under the pressure of Erion Veliaj, never tried to follow the money of the state budget, since there is no permission or approval to touch the money of the actual owner of the Tirana Incinerator, the money of corruption of Erion Veliaj.
Personally and on behalf of the Group of Experts in DP, I guarantee the citizens that I have taken the full commitment that this corrupt scheme will be revealed to the end.
In the coming weeks, we will make public other companies and beneficiaries of the affair of the century.
We will also make public the theft and abuse of the property on which the Tirana Incinerator was supposed to be built.
But above all, we will make public the complete scheme of the OFFSHORE companies that have been used to disappear Albanian taxpayers' money.
Until then, I am convinced that SPAK will continue its lethargic sleep and directed justice. But we will not stop. We will not stop at protecting the public interest and accountability to the citizens.
Albania should be freed an hour ago from the gang that has grabbed the government and the future of Albanians by the throat.
