Analyst Skënder Minxhozi said that the file for the privatization of the Partizani complex is a heavy file for Berisha. During an interview for "Real Story", Minxhozi said that this is one of the many examples of how Sali Berisha has used the state for personal interests.

He emphasized that these files need the will to judge them.

Minxhozi added that they have created a legal slip in relation to Berisha, for setting the security measure. According to him, this could have been avoided by addressing a request to the Assembly.
