Reporting on the affairs and abuses of institutions has led to a debate in Parliament between the DP and the SP, with ministers immediately vacating the Parliament hall.

The Head of the High Council of State (KLSH), Arben Shehu, reported today on the activity of this institution during the past year to the Assembly.
Shehu said that the institution he heads has sent 35 materials to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigation.
"During 2024, 13 criminal reports were filed, which include cases where the audit has found actions or omissions in violation of the law. Within the framework of the legal and institutional obligation, the SAI has made 35 materials available to the Prosecution for further investigations," said Shehu.
This reporting of affairs and abuses of institutions has also led to a debate in Parliament between the DP and the SP, with ministers emptying the Parliament hall.

"The head of the Supreme Audit Office reports to this Parliament to inform you about how central and local governments use your tax money, the country's assets. The ministers are running away one by one," said the leader of the Democrat Party, Sali Berisha, after the speech of the head of the High Council of State, Arben Shehu.
"Where are your pastors?" he asked socialist Damian Gjiknuri about his colleagues.
"In prison," he replied ironically.
"Bravo if you stayed, let me say it openly, this is a huge shame! The first ones who should have spoken up were those who have managed 67 billion in 12 years of Albanian taxpayers' money. Here they are, look! An act of self-accusation, an admission of all the thefts they have committed," said Berisha.
The Minister of State for Relations with Parliament, Toni Gogu, also reacted to this, responding to the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
"The SAI reports to the Assembly, not the government. It is accountable to the Assembly and the voters," he said.
Starting with Prime Minister Edi Rama, who was the first to be absent from the Assembly, the following ministers were not present in the hall:
-Belinda Balluku, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy;
-Albana Koçiu, Minister of Internal Affairs;
-Elisa Spiropali Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs;
-Petrit Malaj, Minister of Finance;
-Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports;
-Sofjan Jaupaj, Minister of Environment;
- Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of Education;
-Evis Sala, Minister of Health and Social Welfare
-Delina Ibrahimaj, Minister of Economy and Innovation;
-Besfort Lamallari Minister of Justice;
-Pirro Vengu, Minister of Defense;
-Andis Salla, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- Ervin Demo Minister of State for Local Government;
