The scandal is the fact that their names are not being made public even by SPAK and GJKKO who have punished them; acting as if they are complaining, that releasing them from prison and reducing their sentences invalidates their struggle and intimidates them, conveying the message: "Justice punishes them, politics frees them"...
The Rama-Berisha bargain for criminal amnesty is not only clientelistic and political between the SP and Foltores, but it has included and made part of this "scum" and the institutions of justice, which are serving them by hiding the names of thieving officials who were released.
As early as April 18, 2024, the "Pamphlet" warned that officials convicted by SPAK and GJKKO would be released from prison and receive a reduced sentence; and their names would not be made public, because all of them have connections with high politicians, even convicted businessmen and traffickers.
In addition to the bargain for the release and reduction of the sentence, Edi Rama and Sali Berisha have ordered the leaders of justice not to publish the names of the released officials, and they have obeyed them and are breaking the law.
The four institutions, i.e. their leaders, who are keeping secret the names of the thief officials who were released, are: the Ministry of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office, SPAK, the Special Court, the General Directorate of the State Police and the General Directorate of Prisons.
These institutions of justice have a legal obligation to publish on their official websites and with announcements to the media the names of all convicts who have benefited from the criminal amnesty, together with their personal data, the offenses for which they were convicted, the years of their sentence and the time of forgiveness.
But the justice institutions do not publish them, because they have received an order from the political leaders to keep the names of all the beneficiaries secret, because among them are 106 official thieves, 36 businessmen and 44 traffickers, who have been convicted by SPAK of GJKKO, for common criminal offenses of corruption, trafficking and smuggling.
The scandal is the fact that their names are not being made public by SPAK and the Special Court that convicted them; acting as if they are complaining that the release from prison and the reduction of the sentences invalidates their struggle and intimidates them, giving them the message: "Justice punishes them, politics frees them".
The General Prosecutor's Office, SPAK and the Special Court have the names of the persons who were released and benefited from the amnesty, among them the convicted officials; because they signed the orders in implementation of the amnesty, but do not publish them, becoming parties to the political leaders who released them.
The Ministry of Justice and the General Directorate of Prisons have the names, the institutions that have jurisdiction over the prisons and have implemented the amnesty name by name, but also the State Police, because according to the law they supervise the convicts after they leave the prison.
Regarding this desecration of the new justice by the Rama-Berisha duo and approved by the deputies of the SP-Foltores; Minister Ulsi Manja was summoned to the interpellation by the chairman of the DP, Lulzim Basha.
According to the information that "Pamphlet" has, Edi Rama will not be in the session, after all he will go to meet the people in Greece; Sali Berisha is under "house arrest", while the MPs of Foltores have been instructed by him not to be in the session during the interpellation for the release of the thieving officials. / Pamphlet
