The memory of the Prime Minister's camera server was sent to the USA for expertise in the fall of 2011 and they have it in hand to clarify everything...

SPAK head Altin Dumani sent a strong message to Sali Berisha today, after what happened yesterday in the Assembly.

His deputies tried him during the reporting in the plenary session and today, before dawn, SPAK came out with a sensational announcement: The investigations for "21 January" have started. And today the USA came out with a statement announcing that they are on the side of SPAK and will hit the corrupt.

So it seems clear that the messages are clear. But the one who hasn't understood yet is Sali Berisha, who is knocking on the window of the apartment.

"January 21" is in a difficult file and undoubtedly the prosecutors will be very tired to unravel it. But there is a very interesting detail that not everyone knows. The Americans have in their hands the disclosure of this massacre and if they want, we can have earthquakes in our country.

Server of the Prime Minister's Office

In September 2011, the Prosecutor's Office sent the camera server equipment of the Prime Minister's Office to the US for examination. The servers in question were made available to the prosecution a few days after the violent events of January 21.

In his first reaction to the event that took place near the government building, Sali Berisha stated that he had ordered the general secretary of the Council of Ministers to hand over the tapes of the Prime Minister's cameras to the prosecution for the investigation of the event. However, a few days later, the prosecution went to the Prime Minister's Office and for three days, after inspecting the scene, collected the necessary material evidence. Among these evidences were the discs or tapes where the images filmed by the surveillance camera system of the Prime Minister's Office were played.

The January 21 investigation team analyzed the footage provided by the Prime Minister's Office, but after finding no scenes for any of the four murders, decided to verify further. Members of the prosecution's investigative team even went so far as to confirm their suspicions that the images had been edited before being given to the prosecution. With this claim, the prosecution body requested the computer equipment with which the surveillance camera system of the government building was connected.

Such a device was given to the prosecution a few days after the request, and again the prosecution did not find the scenes of the murders in the footage stored on the server.

Meanwhile, while these developments were taking place with the "January 21" file, a precedent occurred in the file opened after the video-taping of Dritan Prifti, on February 11, 2011, an American expert notified the General Prosecutor's Office that he had found a video of Dritan Prifti's computer second, which had previously been erased from visible memory, but which had technically been regenerated.

Based on this precedent and under the suspicion that the Prime Minister's server has had recordings deleted, the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana sent the equipment to the General Prosecutor's Office and from there, the memory of the Prime Minister's camera server was sent to the USA for expertise. One of the questions that the prosecutors asked at that time in the letters sent to the American side, is whether the server has materials that were previously deleted and whether the recovery of these images is technically possible.

At that time this recovery was never done, but today the technology has advanced. So the server is in their hands and if the Americans want, they can sink Berisha, Basha and the entire command chain.

FBI and expertise on Alex Nika

Unsolved after 13 years, the murder of the protester Alex Nika, who had his hands in his pockets, when he was executed with a bullet to the head, continues.

The expertise done at that time has shown that the bullet had an angle of direction from top to bottom. In appearance, the projectile seized from Nika's body is seen to be totally damaged and there is no element to be identified through expertise. The bullet has received great deformation, completely destroying the coatings, these characteristics that are left by the barrel of the weapon at the time of firing.

In 2014, this part of the projectile was sent to a forensic laboratory in Virginia, United States of America, and again no data was obtained that would serve to clarify from whom this projectile was fired. So this joy was also sent to the USA at that time.

Meanwhile, it must be said that the prosecutor's office of that time received assistance from the FBI and many expertises were carried out by them. Thanks to that expertise, charges were brought for the murder of 3 other protesters. In a little while, the USA has in hand the disclosure of this file. / Pamphlet
