As the Mandates and Immunity Council will meet to decide on SPAK's request for the arrest of Belinda Balluku, the first protesters have gathered in front of the Presidency of the Assembly in connection with the rally organized by the leader of the 'Mundësia' Party, Agron Shehaj.

The Chairman of the "Mundësia" Party, Agron Shehaj, along with MP Erald Kapri, were not allowed to enter the meeting of the Immunity Council.

Shehaj and Kapri say they made a request, but received no response and were not allowed in by the Garda.

According to him, this is a bargain that the SP and the SP make together.

"This is madness, we will continue to fight. They have warned, Edi Rama will take Belinda Balluku to his defense.  Why are you pushing me? Because I touched the mayor. With violence. The SP-PD noise continues, the SP-PD bargaining continues," said Shehaj.
