The head of PL, Ilir Meta, on the 32nd anniversary of the assassination of the Italian prosecutor, Paolo Borsellino, has brought to mind one of his famous speeches, in honor of his friend Giovanni Falcone, who was killed a few months before him.
Taking the two Italian prosecutors as an example, Meta made a comparison with the situation of SPAK currently in our country, whose prosecutors, according to him, do not have the courage of their Italian colleagues who died in the line of duty. Given that Meta is being investigated by SPAK, we do not know whether this post on the social network was a challenge to the prosecutors or a threat!

At Falcone's funeral, he addressed the younger prosecutors: "I gave my word to Falcone and I will go to the end. You are lucky that you did not give your word to anyone. But you must know that every man is mortal in this world. Immortal is only he whose idea continues to walk with the feet of others. So Falcone is immortal that from today his idea will walk with my feet.

We recall that on July 19, 1992, a mafia attack in D'Amelio a Palermo cost the lives of judge Paolo Borsellino and five of his escort agents: Agostino Catalano, Emanuela Loi, Claudio Traina, Vincenzo Li Muli and Eddie Walter Cosina.
Borsellino, a leading figure in the anti-mafia group, had dedicated his life to the fight against Cosa Nostra, working alongside friend and colleague Giovanni Falcone, also killed by the mafia a few months earlier.
