Edi Rama has "forgiven" again to Tom Doshi and Shpëtim Idrizi to secure the majority in Parliament.
The Assembly convened in a plenary session this afternoon, which was postponed due to the death of former MP Gerti Bogdani. The session started with a minute of silence, after which the opposition left. Meanwhile, the majority continued with the voting of the laws. However, this time, several SP MPs were absent from the session and the laws would not have been approved if PSD and PDIU MPs were not in the room.

The laws passed with 72 and 73 votes, as it was noticed that the quorum was reached thanks to the votes of the deputies of PDIU and PSD. At the beginning of the session, there were four PDIU deputies, where 3 abstained and one voted in favor of the organic products law. Then Idrizi and Mesila Doda left, leaving Nusret Avdulla and Gëzim Ademaj in the hall, who ensured the quorum.
Likewise, two PSD MPs, Gledis Çeliku and Gertja Deda, gave Rama a hand. If it weren't for them, the SP would still not have the quorum of 71 votes in the hall. This is because PDIU MPs abstained in some cases and the SP was reduced to 69 or 70 votes.
Shpëtim Idrizi was in the opposition, but the candidacy of Fredi Beleri in Himare increased the cracks between him and Sali Berisha. Then the rapprochement with the majority began and in many cases the PDIU has voted for SP laws.
Meanwhile, Tom Doshi has always been by Rama's side. Some time ago, there was a rift between them, after several directors were fired in Shkodër, and this caused the PSD deputies not to vote, but the situation seems to have calmed down.
As for the agenda, the Assembly approved the law for medical students, continuing with the restrictions for those who want to go abroad. He also gave another mandate to Besnik Dervish as Commissioner for the Right to Information. / Pamphlet
