From "Net A Porter" and "Selfridges" to "Prada",

Monika Kryemadhi came out today and declared that her mother earned her wealth with sweat, after working all her life. But how is it possible that only Monika's mother was able to buy a 400,000 euro flat with a state salary and have millions in her account?

SPAK has discovered that Fatime Kryemadhi was used as camouflage in many cases. Also, through it, luxury clothing was purchased from Kryemadhi for nearly 35 million Lek in just a few days.

There are also reasonable suspicions that during 2018, expenses in the amount of 1,666,156 Lek made with credit card account no. 265294 in the name of Fatima Kryemadhi, to be expenses incurred by citizens Bora Metaj and Era Metaj. This suspicion is based on the fact that on September 3, 2017, a payment in the amount of 59,768 lek was made on behalf of the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, where payments were made for Bora Metaj in 2017, as well as:

1. Bank account no. 265294 of Fatime Kryemadhi was credited on July 16, 2018 by Monika Kryemadhi in the amount of 6,000 Euro converted to 756,000 Lek which was not declared in the declaration of private interests of 2018.

2. On the above-mentioned credit card for 2018, 3,488,327 Lek were spent on the purchase of items in the Net A Porter store, England, as well as other clothing stores. According to letter no. 21508/1 Prot dated December 29, 2022, of the General Directorate of Customs, the citizen Fatima Kryemadhi has cleared customs in the value of 1,822,171 Lek for the year 2018, while the goods purchased from her credit card in the value of 1,666,156 Lek have not been sent by express mail from the stores, as was done for part of the purchases. Citizen Fatima Kryemadhi did not travel to Great Britain during 2018. From this, suspicions arise that the goods were sent to the address of citizens Era Metaj and Bora Metaj who are students in England and who, as mentioned above but also as they result for the expenses of the years 2019-2022, have used their grandmother's bank account for make purchases of luxury goods. This argument is also based on the fact that Monika Kryemadhi has credited this credit card.

3. From the review of the expert report of the telephone seized in the residence of the citizen Fatima Kryemadhi, two emails were found in the email file that the Pay Pal company sent to the address [email protected], where the company is addressed to Fatima Kryemadhi. The subject of the email is: - Your legal agreement with pay pal. The company writes to Fatima Kryemadhi that it is making some changes and invites her to view the changes online. On November 17, 2014, the Pay Pal company invites Fatima Kryemadhi to see the last activity she has done with this company. From the complete examination of the extracted data, it has been found that the address [email protected] is administered by Monika Kryemadhi.

4. For 2019, with the credit card linked to bank account no. 265294 of Fatime Kryemadhi, purchases were made in the amount of 3,533,830 Lek in clothing and shoe stores in Great Britain. According to letter no. 21508/1 Prot dated December 29, 2022, of the General Directorate of Customs, for the year 2019, the citizen Fatima Kryemadhi cleared only two packages of items purchased at the Net A Porter store, in the value of 2007 Pounds, purchased on April 15, 2019 and June 6, 2019. These purchases were reflected in the bank one day late. Even the citizens Monika Kryemadhi, Era Metaj and Bora Metaj have not performed customs clearance for the year 2019 of the goods purchased in Net A Porter, Selfridges London, John Bell, Matchesfashion, etc. stores. From this it follows that the goods purchased in these stores may have been physically purchased in the store by Bora Metaj, Era Metaj and Monika Kryemadhi, or have been sent by mail from the seller to the residential address in England of Bora Metaj and Era Metaj.
