The Special Prosecutor's Office has discovered "pearls" in the investigations of Meta and Kryemadhi. In addition to corruption, SPAK, in the file provided by "Pamphlet", has shown the movements in Monika Kryemadhi's accounts. We are talking about crazy figures, spent on children's education in London, on hotels and luxury clothing.

Ilir Metaj stated that he lived at the address "Brigada e 8th", pall. i Fratari, 5th floor, Tirana, bought a 200 m2 apartment for 400,000 Euros. As the source of the money with which he bought the apartment, he declared a bank loan as well as the previously declared cash. The subject of the declaration also declared as a liability to third parties the amount of 200,000 Euros for which he liquidated the amount of 6550 Euros as well as a reduction of the cash balance by 200,000 Euros.
The contract for the purchase of the apartment with no. property 3/64+1-9, located on "Vaso Pasha" street, and it turned out that the sales contract was concluded between Credins Bank in the capacity of the seller, Monika Kryemadhi in the capacity of the buyer, Ilir Meta in the capacity of the guarantor of the loan and Mirvjen Ninos as a party giving consent in the capacity of Tenant.
The investigation showed that citizens Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi did not declare their cash balance in 2007, 2008 and 2009, for this reason the bank accounts of them and their close family members were verified. From the verification of bank account no. 00000119835, Euro currency, belonging to citizen Monika Kryemadhi, it turns out that on May 8 and 9, 2008, she withdrew 50,000 Euros from the account overdraft. On May 28, 2008, he paid 10,000 Euros in cash and on July 29, 2008, he paid 41,000 Euros in cash to the account (the origin of this money is not known, as it is assumed that the amount withdrawn from the overdraft was used for expenses, as it does not result in it being declared as a debt or loan, but since the value of the overdraft and cash deposits are more or less approximate, until this moment these transactions do not change the financial situation of the persons under investigation).
On October 31, 2008, Monika Kryemadhi withdrew 20,000 Euros from her overdraft account. This overdraft was repaid by the cash transfer in the amount of 21,000 Euros that Fatima Kryemadhi made to this account on February 18, 2009. (with this move, Monika Kryemadhi results in generating income in the amount of 20,000 Euros, while Fatima does not provide explanations regarding with the source of income of 20,000 Euro with which he paid off Monika Kryemadhi's overdraft).
On March 13, 2009, Monika Kryemadhi received a loan in the amount of 40,000 Euros, which she withdrew in cash on the same day. On April 7, 2009, Monika Kryemadhi withdrew 70,000 Euro cash from the overdraft, which she liquidated on June 22, 2009, taking a loan in the amount of Euro 115,000. With the remaining difference from the loan of 115,000 Euros, she paid off the loan received on March 13, 2009. (with this move, the financial condition of Monika's bank accounts remains unchanged, while she already has as obligations to the bank, the total amount of the loan of 115,000 Euros).
On November 23, 2009, Fatime Kryemadhi transferred cash to Monika's account, amounting to 70,000 Euros.
On April 22, 2016, Monika Kryemadhi 653396, the amount of 14,315 Euro converted to 11,650 Pound which is transferred to the Sherborne School Domus account for Besar Metaj.
In the following, account no. 119835 is also credited by the company Agi Kons, in implementation of the commission contract for the sale of the apartments, which Monika Kryemadhi has benefited from the business contract she has concluded with this company.
On December 20, 2018, Tahir Çelmanaj paid the installment of 145,000 Euros, again crediting the same account No. 119835.
On March 11, 2019, Monika Kryemadhi transferred to account 390127 the amount of 18,400 Euro converted into 2,290,000 ALL. This money was used for hotel payments at the Westbury Hotel in London, various purchases in Washington, as well as other expenses made with credit card 411418**3954.
On March 26, 2019, Monika Kryemadhi transferred to account 653396 the amount of 17,059 Euros converted into 14,500 Pounds, of which 14,345 Pounds went to pay for Bora Metaj's studies at Exeter University.
On April 6, 2019, Monika Kryemadhi transferred to account 653396 the amount of 9,605 Euros converted into 8,165 Pounds, which were used to pay for Sant Mary's Scholl in Era Metaj.
On July 23, 2019, Monika Kryemadhi transfers from account 119385 the amount of 23,000 Euros which goes to account no. 653396 to 20,600 Pounds of which 20,500 Pounds goes to the account of Exeter University as a tax for student Bora Metaj.
On July 30, 2019, Monika Kryemadhi transfers from account 119385 the amount of 86,000 Euros which goes to account no. 653396 to 78,432 Pounds, of which 15,087 pounds goes on October 10, 2019, to the account of Sant Mary's School payment for Era Metaj, 18,450 Pounds transferred on 13 November 2019 to Knight Frank University account for payment of Besar Metaj's education, 18,201 Pounds transferred on 04 January 2020 to Sant Mary's Scholl account, payment for Era Metaj and 15,000 Pounds transferred on 30 April 2020 yes to Sant Mary'Scholl.
For the period from December 22, 2014 to September 13, 2022, account no. 119835 of Monika Kryemadhi is credited with 1,108,704 Euros, of which 770,300 Euros are credited by the company Agi Rons Shpk and 338,400 Euros by citizen Tahir Çelmanaj.
Shtetasja Monika Kryemadhi ka shpenzuar për të njëjtën periudhë shumën 1.081.098 Euro, nga të cilat rezulton se kanë tepruar në llogari afersisht 30.000 Euro. Si konkluzion rezulton se shtetasja Monika Kryemadhi me paratë që shtetasi Tahir Çelmanaj ka xhiruar në llogarinë e saj nr. 119835, ka financuar midis të tjerave shkollimin e fëmijëve të saj shtetasve Bora Metaj, Era Metaj dhe Besar Metaj.

Për periudhën Dhjetor 2014 Dhjetor 2017, llogaria 119835 është kredituar me shumën 519,100 Euro nga të cilat 100,000 Euro janë kredituar nga Tahir Çelmanaj dhe 419,100 Euro janë kredituar nga Agi Kons.
Për të njëjtën periudhë, Monika Kryemadhi ka debituar llogarinë me 432.306 Euro. Në I Janar 2018, llogaria ka patur gjendje 86,800 Euro, duke shpenzuar në këtë mënyrë edhe një pjesë të parave të cilat janë kredituar nga Tahir Çelmanaj. Në debitimin e llogarisë të përmendur më sipër, përfshihet transferimi në llogarinë 653396, i shumës 159,000 Euro. Kjo shumë është konvertuar në 140.000 Pound dhe prej llogarisë 653396 është transferuar në llogarinë 1000123.
Në datën 07 Mars 2021, shuma prej 72.400 Pound i është kthyer kompanisë Agi Kons, për kthim shume lidhur me revokimin e një kontrate shitje, të lidhur në vitin 2016 me shtetasin Xhevdet Braimllari. Në Mars 2023, llogaria nr. 1000123 kishte gjendje shumën 67.590 Pound.
Në vitin 2018, Monika Kryemadhi ka patur të ardhura në llogarinë 119835, shumën 189,500 Euro nga të cilat 44,500 Euro nga Agi Kons dhe 145,000 Euro nga Tahir Çelmanaj si dhe ka patur gjendje në fillim të vitit 2018 shumën 86.800 Euro. Ajo ka shpenzuar nga llogaria 119835 shumën 131.700 Euro. Në fillim të vitit 2019 llogaria 119835 ka mbetur gjendje 144.600 Euro.
Në vitin 2019, Monika Kryemadhi ka patur të ardhura në llogarinë 119835, shumën 137.300 Euro nga të cilat 43.900 Euro nga Agi Kons dhe 93.400 Euro nga Tahir Çelmanaj, si dhe ka patur gjendje në fillim të vitit 2019 shumën 144.600 Euro. Monika Kryemadhi ka shpenzuar për vitin 2019, nga llogaria 119835 shumën 217.313 Euro. Në fillim të vitit 2020, llogaria 119835 ka mbetur gjendje 64.600 Euro. Si konkluzion, Monika Kryemadhi gjatë vitit 2019 ka shpenzuar shumën e kredituar nga Agi Kons, në vlerën 43.900 Euro, shumën 144.600 Euro e mbetur nga viti 2018 (e kredituar nga Tahit Celmanaj në datën 20 Dhjetor 2018) dhe shumën prej 28.800 Euro të mbetur në llogari në fund të vitit 2018, si pjesë e shumës 93.400 Euro e kredituar nga Tahir Çelmanaj në datën 19 Shtator 2019.
Është bërë verifikimi i deklaratës së interesave private e periodike/vjetore e subjekteve Monika Kryemadhi, Ilir Metaj dhe personave të lidhur me ta për vitin 2018 e dorëzuar në ILDKP në datën 05 Mars 2019 si dhe deklaratave të tjera pasardhëse.
Nga verifikimi i deklaratës për periudhën deklaruese Janar - Dhjetor 2018, rezulton se subjektet Ilir Metaj dhe Monika Kryemadhi kanë deklaruar 13.000 Pound shpenzime për arsimin e vajzës Bora Metaj, të paguara për periudhën Shtator 2018 - Mars 2019, 42.279 paund shpenzime për arsimin e djalin Besar Metaj të paguara për periudhën Janar 2018- Qershor 2019, 12.800 Pound shpenzime të tjera për shkollim Bora së bashku me Besarin dhe 38.600 Pound shpenzime për arsimin e Era Metaj. Në total janë deklaruar shpenzime për arsim 106.679 Pound nga të cilat 26.600 Pound janë paguar nga Fatime Kryemadhi.
Nga transaksionet bankare rezulton se për arsimimin fëmijëve Bora, Besar dhe Era Metaj për periudhën deklaruese Janar - Dhjetor 2018 janë shpenzuar 125.484 Pound. Shpenzime të tjera janë 3.758 USD, 474.687 Lekë për akomodim në hotel si dhe 2.417.000 Lekë shpenzime për veshje nga të cilat 373.000 lekë në datën 13 Mars 2018 në dyqanin My Theresa, 698.021 Lekë në datën 30 Shtator 2018 në dyqanin Selfridges dhe 363.470 Lekë në datën 07 Tetor 2018 po në dyqanin Selfridges në Londër (shpenzimet në lekë janë kryer nga llogaria nr. 390127 e Monika Kryemadhit).
Për periudhën deklaruese nuk është bërë deklarimi i shumës 18.800 paund e shpenzuar për arsim të Bora Metaj, si dhe shuma 3.758 USD e paguar për akomodim në hotelin Intercontinental Ëillard në datën 02 Korrik 2018. Gjithashtu personat nën hetim bashkëshortët Metaj-Kryemadhi nuk kanë deklaruar se kanë kryer shpenzime për akomodim në hotel në vlerën 474.687 Lekë, blerje veshjesh në vlerën 2.417.000 Lekë nga të cilat 373.000 Lekë në datën 13 Mars 2018 në dyqanin MyTheresa, 698.021 Lekë në datën 30 Shtator 2018 në dyqanin Selfridges dhe 363.470 Lekë në datën 07 Tetor 2018 po në dyqanin Selfridges në Londër si dhe financimin e llogarisë bankare nr. 265294, të Fatime Kryemadhit me shumën 6000 Euro e konvertuar në 756.000 lekë, transaksion i kryer në datën 16 Korrik 2018. Nga karta bankare e lidhur me këtë llogari, nga data 16 Korrik 2018 deri në datën 15 Gusht 2018 janë kryer shtatë blerje në vlerën 1.130.000 lekë (në datën 07 Gusht 2018 është shpenzuar shuma 351.054 Lekë) të cilat kanë shkuar për blerje veshjesh në qendrat tregtare Net A Porter dhe Assos në Britani të Madhe.
Transaksionet bankare të kryera për shpenzimet e arsimit të Bora, Besar dhe Era Metaj paraqiten të detajuara më poshtë:
1. 05 Janar 2018, nga llogari nr. 821166 në Lekë e Bora Metaj, janë paguar 604.665 lekë të konvertuara në 3.917 Pound në llogarinë e NIDO ne St.James në Glasgoë.(Student Accommodation)
2. 08 Mars 2018, nga llogaria 653396 në Pound e Monika Kryemadhit janë paguar 12.495 Pound për llogari të Sherborne School Domus për Besar Metaj.
3. 12 Maj 2018 nga llogaria 653396 në Pound e Monika Kryemadhit janë paguar 2.302 Pound për llogarite Sherborne School Domus, pagesë fature për Besar Metaj.

7. August 13, 2018, from Monika Kryemadhi's account 653396 in Pound, 3,600 Pounds were paid to the account of Gabbitas Educational Consultan, invoice payment date July 31, 2018, register no 2920466, for Besar Metaj.
8. September 1, 2018, from account no. 390127 in Lek of Monika Kryemadhi, 432,691 Lek were paid in two payments; 248,954 Lek and 183,737 Lek converted to 2,979 Pound, at the address epay.Exeter.Ac.UK. Since in 2018, Bora Metaj was studying at Exeter University, it is suspected that these payments were made on behalf of Bora.

Transactions made for the hotel for the year 2018 from bank account no. 821166 e Bora 02 July 2018, from account 821166 in Lek e Bora Metaj, 415,230 Lek converted to 3,758 USD were paid, expenses for the account of the Intercontinental Williard Hotel in Washington. The payment was made with card no. 4114 18*** 2637.
