The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, has accused the deputies supporting Sali Berisha in relation to the Criminal Amnesty, which he called an assassination attempt on the justice reform. He called them "pupac" of Rama who were silent about the amnesty.
"The most serious act of this government, the attempted judicial reform, is a factor stripped of the opposition's responsibility to ensure the survival of a political caste that chooses its own interests, before the interests of Albanians, today is the day that every deputy who raised the card, even with false claims, to distance themselves from this act, their silence compromises them as much as Rama's pupac", said Basha.
On the other hand, Basha hinted that he will not include in the lists for MPs, precisely those names from the opposition who raised the card for this law and who continue to remain silent.
"It is difficult for those deputies who are there with the opposition mandate, on the eve of the disclosure of their electoral bid, they will also take into account the positions of each deputy in relation to the criminal amnesty", added Basha in a statement to the media from the headquarters of the Democratic Party .
