Dashamir Shehi, co-leader of the "Right 1912" coalition with Enkelejd Alibeaj, showed on the show "The Unexposed" that the reason the right remained divided is simply "Albanian reasons."
He recounted cases where they told him they wouldn't come with him because he was in coalition with Alibeaj, and he ironically stated that he wasn't married to Alibeaj, but it was a political alliance.

Dashamir Shehi: Albanian reasons. Someone wants to be the first on the list. For example, these two gentlemen were elected with a closed list, while our main motive was the open list. I am 60 or so years old, I have sat in parliament 6-7 times and I enter the same way as my spokesperson. I enter the race, with someone who is 30 years old, because I think this is the principle.
