Rama like Berisha, brings the Secret Service of the Army into play to monitor the Albanians?
After the capture of the Albanian Intelligence Service, Prime Minister Edi Rama seems to have moved to strengthen the Army Intelligence Service, known as the Defense Intelligence and Security Agency.
The government has issued a draft for consultation, which changes the law that regulates the activity of this service. The Government gives the Military Service the right to access anywhere. In the draft provided by the " Pamphlet ", it is stated that the Intelligence Agency can use the TIMS system, the Transportation Directorate system and all other systems that have secret data about each of us.
" The Defense Intelligence and Security Agency, during the exercise of its activity, provides the necessary information through methods, ways, systems or databases at the national and international level ", it is stated in article 6 of the draft law, where it is specified that the Agency of Defense Intelligence and Security, in fulfilling its mission, uses and utilizes the e-DPSHTRR and TIMS system.

They also have access to wiretapping and wherever they see fit. " The Defense Intelligence and Security Agency, in fulfillment of its mission, uses and utilizes intelligence gathering disciplines for information gathering ," it is further emphasized.

A number of other changes have been made in the law, but the question is: Is Rama acting like Berisha when he was in power? Everyone remembers the scandal with the Army Intelligence Service, after a sophisticated eavesdropping device was purchased and used by the government of the time to spy on opponents and more.
If we compare the laws, currently the Agency uses only these methods to collect data: cooperation with individuals with their free will; the use of covert surveillance; creation and use of operational evidence; the use of technical and electronic tools; telecommunications interception and postal control.
So there is no access to electronic systems data. Now the government gives to nobody everywhere. In short, surveillance will increase. But unlike SHISH, which is a more independent body, the Defense Intelligence Agency is subordinate to the Ministry of Defense. So Niko Pelesi's department will provide access to TIMS and car data. / Pamphlet
